Konstantinos Foutzopoulos is Executive Director of the Athens Riviera Forum, fostering high-level, multi-stakeholder dialogue and advancing economic cooperation and strategic investment across Southeast Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, and beyond.

An expert in international relations and strategic affairs, including maritime and energy security, he has collaborated with leading global institutions such as the United Nations and the World Bank. He previously served as International Relations Adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister of Greece and as Executive Director of Greek House Davos, within the framework of the World Economic Forum.

He is Co-Founder of the Thessaloniki Regional Forum and Coordinator of the BEYOND Ministerial Leadership Dialogue, advancing regional cooperation in cybersecurity, AI, and digital governance across the Mediterranean.

Konstantinos is a Fellow of the Agora Strategy Institute in Munich and a member of the European Association of Political Consultants (EAPC). In 2018, he was selected as an emerging young leader by the Obama Foundation.
