Christoforos Boutsikakis is the Chief Executive Officer of Hellenic Defence Systems (EAS), appointed to lead Greece’s strategic state-owned defense industry. A graduate of maritime and business studies from the University of Piraeus, he previously served as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament (2019–2023), representing the Piraeus A and Islands constituency.

During his parliamentary tenure, he was an active member of the Standing Committee on National Defense and Foreign Affairs, where he contributed to the legislative process regarding national security and defense procurement. Since assuming leadership at EAS, his work has focused on the industrial restructuring of the organization, the fulfillment of major ammunition contracts for international partners, and the development of strategic collaborations with global defense manufacturers. His tenure at the helm of EAS is defined by the effort to modernize production lines and integrate the Greek defense industry into the European and NATO supply chains.
