CEO, ELKAK
P. Tzortzakis studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College in New York (USA).
He is the founder of Forthnet S.A., the largest provider of alternative fixed telephony and subscription television services, which was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and acquired NOVA in 2017. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from its establishment in 1995 until 2010, and subsequently as Chairman and CEO of the satellite subscription television platform NOVA following its acquisition by Forthnet.
He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of NETIA S.A., and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SEPE (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises). In 2012, he served as Deputy Minister of e-Governance at the Ministry of Administrative Reform and e-Government.
P. Tzortzakis has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Quest Holdings S.A., Chairman of its subsidiaries, Executive Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the Quest Group, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX).
In 2023, he was unanimously elected as an external member of the Governing Council of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), while he also serves as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Development Bank.
