Fabrice Pothier is CEO of Rasmussen Global. As NATO’s former Director of Policy Planning, Fabrice has more than twenty years of experience in strategic affairs and shaping international public policy at the highest levels, and serves as a pro-bono advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

As CEO, Fabrice has led Rasmussen Global to become Europe’s preeminent independent geopolitical consultancy, and is a leading thinker and media commentator on international affairs, security policy, and European politics.

Fabrice previously co-founded the Transatlantic Commission on Election Integrity and was the founding director of Carnegie Europe.
